John Hanby, III
Senior Vice President, Sales
John is an entrepreneurial leader with a strong record of successfully delivering customers of all types needed information technology solutions.
He has spent over 25 years in sales and business development leadership roles, primarily engaging with federal, state and local government markets, and is known for leading, creating, and developing world-class sales teams. John leads CSDC’s Sales organization focused on bringing enterprise-level govtech solutions to governments of all sizes.
Prior to joining, John was vice president of Enterprise Sales for Upland Software where he led the company’s SaaS sales and marketing strategy, rebranding and execution for all portfolio solutions and led major new wins in several customer verticals including government. Before that, John held sales leadership roles at TOTUS Solutions, AMX, PGi, Dell, and Lockheed Martin.
Before his corporate career, John served as a Captain in the United States Air Force for four years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service and International Politics from Pennsylvania State University.
