An AMANDA Assessment is a review of your current technical infrastructure, business processes and user practices. This 3 phased process is designed to provide concrete steps that can deliver immediate benefits and a long-term vision.

• Prepare – Preparation includes creating a scope statement, identifying resource requirements and establishing project timelines and milestones.
• Assess – In the assessment phase a CSDC consultant conducts interviews with key stakeholders responsible for the design, development and usage of AMANDA. The interviews include discussions about the current and future usage of AMANDA.
• Report – A draft report, complete with analysis and recommendations, is prepared by CSDC and circulated for review prior to the preparation of the final report. A final report is submitted detailing our findings and outlining concrete steps and a prioritized action plan.
