Assess – In the assessment phase a CSDC consultant conducts interviews with key stakeholders responsible for the design, development and usage of AMANDA. The interviews include discussions about the current and future usage of AMANDA, a gap analysis and a mapping to the new features and functionality provided by the AMANDA 5 framework. Report – A draft report, complete with analysis and recommendations, is prepared by CSDC and circulated for review prior to the preparation of the final report.
