My Office allows each AMANDA 5 user to access widgets in order to create personalized views and pages based on their unique needs.

Customized Widgets

My Office allows your users to select and customize widgets to access frequently used functions, called My Elements, in AMANDA. With one click users can display task lists, conduct queries, launch real-time reports or dashboards and view status indicators. The widgets can be published and shared across the department or with external agencies.

Link Management

The “My Links” tab in My Office gives users the ability to launch important internal or external links from within AMANDA. This provides users with a simple starting point for accessing pertinent information through frequently used links.
