AMANDA is CSDC’s core application for automating government enterprises. AMANDA tracks all of a jurisdiction's activities relating to Property and People, helping staff do their work more accurately and efficiently.
We recognize that programs and services differ significantly from one jurisdiction to the next, which is why we created a Variable Data Model within the AMANDA framework. With the Variable Data Model, each jurisdiction is able to tailor the system to its own unique needs, meaning that AMANDA processes transactions exactly as each department requires. Our system tracks all Properties, People and activities while automatically observing rules that reflect organizational policies. This flexibility also enables departments to change functionality as needed over time.
AMANDA can also be extended with fully-integrated modules. Most jurisdictions use AMANDA’s business-specific modules, as they are already tailored to standard activities. These modules address activities such as: Permitting, Licensing, Health casework, Property Tax, Requests for Service, External Review and related functions. Modules contain time-saving abilities specific to each business area (e.g. ‘renew license’). Often, departments share AMANDA data, gaining an increased record currency and accuracy reducing data entry, while protecting any sensitive information.

AMANDA is available as a browser-based or a Windows-based application. Since both platforms access the same database, jurisdictions can use a mix of both computing environments. AMANDA's architecture allows for perfectly integrated workflow from the office to the field and over the web.
