Complaints and Enforcement Management

AMANDA Business Licensing easily integrates AMANDA Public Portal and AMANDA Request for Service (RFS) to your web portal and 311 system to make it easy for citizens to submit and track complaints over the phone or online. AMANDA automatically initiates workflows to route the complaint for tracking, follow-up or inspection.

Mobile Inspection Management

AMANDA's database of violation history for people and property records allows you to automate the scheduling of risk-based inspections. With AMANDA Mobile, inspectors have the ability to print violation notices, attach pictures and capture signatures in-field. Provide inspectors with finger-tip access to relevant codes and by-laws to conduct mobile inspections.
