Every AMANDA Assessment is designed to outline key initiatives that enable our clients to gain maximum value from their investment. It helps users to understand how their current usage of AMANDA compares to CSDC product standards and leading practices from other jurisdictions.
We recognize that your needs are constantly changing. Our experience has shown that in the years that follow an AMANDA implementation, our clients experience a number of changes (regulatory, staffing, customer expectations, budget, etc.), any one of which can impact the way that you use AMANDA. An AMANDA Assessment allows you to update your processes and workflow in light of industry leading practices and the latest technology to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
AMANDA Assessments involve a review of your current technical infrastructure, business processes, and user practices. The Business, Technical, and Scoping AMANDA Assessments all use a three-phased process, designed to provide concrete steps that can deliver immediate benefits and a long-term vision.
Preparation includes creating a scope statement, identifying resource requirements and establishing project timelines and milestones.
In the assessment phase, a CSDC consultant conducts interviews with key stakeholders responsible for the design, development and usage of AMANDA. The interviews include discussions about the current and future usage of AMANDA.
A draft report, complete with analysis and recommendations, is prepared by CSDC and circulated for review prior to the preparation of the final report. A final report is submitted detailing our findings and outlining concrete steps and a prioritized action plan.
