• Public Access

  AMANDA’s fully integrated, configurable online services module, AMANDA Public Portal, allows business and citizens to safely and securely apply for, submit, track, manage, and pay for applications online. Public access can be extended even further with AMANDA RFS - an integrated request call center module and complaints management system designed to automate the receipt, scheduling and dispatching of service requests.

• Mobile

  AMANDA’s functionality can be extended to field staff using AMANDA Mobile - an easy-to-use field data collection system that fully validates information entered and ensures accurate updating and synchronization with the main AMANDA application.

• Integration

  Through AMANDA EAI, the platform provides a number of configurable, web-services based integration adaptors for Financial & Accounting Systems, GIS, Electronic Document Management, HR, IVR (phone pay, compliance letters), Federal Statistics (e-file), Legacy Systems, and other third party systems.

• Third Party Access

  Internal and external reviewers can securely update restricted information in AMANDA over the Internet using the AMANDA Review module.
