Deliver Citizen Services & Information

AMANDA Public Portal and AMANDA Request for Service (RFS) allow you to integrate AMANDA access into your existing web portal and call center. Citizens can file complaints or inquiries, check its status, view inspection results, and makes requests for services online or over the phone. Citizens can also search for information about the inspection history of a restaurant, public health warnings and other relevant health information.

Manage Health Inspections

AMANDA allows you to centrally manage and schedule health inspections for daycares, tattoo parlors, public pools, office buildings, homes, resident care facilities, restaurants, special events and outdoor food vendors. Schedule risk based inspections on a complaint driven basis, as part of a planned routine, or conduct targeted sweeps. Provide inspectors with the tools to spend more time in the field and make informed decisions.

Enforce Food Safety

AMANDA Mobile allows your jurisdiction to conduct mobile, risk-based inspections for restaurant openings, special events, mobile food vendors and food handler training and certification. Inspectors have finger-tip access to food and health codes, for quick and easy inspections. They can also print violation notices, capture signatures and take pictures in the field, allowing them to spend more time conducting inspections.

Facilitate Case Management

Manage complex and important public health issues like food borne illnesses, disease control and immunizations. AMANDA’s streamlined workflows automate business processes across departments to reduce the complexity of these issues. AMANDA also provides a consolidated view of your public health data to manage issues centrally. Use AMANDA Executive Monitor to receive customized dashboard views and alerts to better monitor issues from onset to resolution.

Generate Industry Standard or User Defined Reports

AMANDA makes reporting easy. AMANDA contains a library of industry standard reports and can easily be configured to generate your own reports based on user-defined thresholds and criteria.
